The kettle body has undergone mirror polishing treatment, with a roughness Ra ≤ 0.4 μ m, reducing bacterial adhesion and facilitating cleaning and sterilization. The temperature control system uses a jacket type heating and cooling device and a high-precision platinum resistance temperature sensor to adjust the temperature between 5-100 ℃, with an accuracy of ± 0.5 ℃, ensuring a suitable temperature for bacterial growth. The stirring system is a top mounted mechanical stirring system, and the stirring blades can be selected according to the process. The speed can be infinitely adjusted from 50-900r/min to achieve uniform mixing of materials and improve mass transfer efficiency. The pH and dissolved oxygen regulation system utilizes online electrodes for real-time monitoring and automatic adjustment, ensuring the stability of the fermentation process. The sterilization system supports in-situ sterilization and uses saturated steam sterilization method, which can reach 121 ℃ and 0.12MPa, ensuring equipment sterility. The control system is equipped with PLC and touch screen operation interface to achieve functions such as parameter setting, monitoring, data recording, and alarm. It is easy to operate and conducive to production management.
