Instrument configuration: The reaction kettle, distillation kettle, measuring tank, receiving tank, and feeding station are all equipped with weighing modules or platform scales, and the signals are transmitted to the PLC control system to automatically control the feeding and receiving amounts;
Pressure sensors are installed in the reaction kettle and distillation kettle to control the pressure during the reaction and distillation process;
Temperature sensors are installed in the reaction kettle, distillation kettle, and condenser to control the temperature during the reaction, distillation, and condensation processes
