Equipment structure: The distillation kettle adopts a horizontal reboiler structure with U-shaped heat exchange tubes inserted inside; The distillation tower adopts a three-stage packed tower and is equipped with a trough plate liquid distributor and a truncated cone redistributor; A horizontal condenser is installed at the top of the tower; Polishing BA, EP or lining/spraying PFA, PTFE inside the equipment

Heat exchange: The U-shaped heat exchange tube of the distillation kettle can meet the heating requirements by passing heat medium, and the temperature control accuracy is ± 1 ℃

Stirring: To improve heat transfer efficiency, mechanical stirring, magnetic stirring, or bottom magnetic stirring can be set up

After integration, it can achieve functions such as automatic feeding, automatic mixing, automatic temperature control, automatic pressure control, automatic reflux ratio control, online monitoring, etc

Equipment Material: Available in 304, 316L, 2507, TA2, 904L, etc

The inner surface adopts electrolytic polishing technology, and the roughness can reach below 0.2um, with less material hanging on the wall

Mixing configuration online magnetic sensor, real-time monitoring of mixing speed. If magnetic stirring is used, it can detect magnetic attenuation
