In terms of design and application, the system supports customized design and can customize containers according to different production batches and process requirements. It has a wide range of multifunctional applications and is suitable for multiple stages such as culture medium&buffer preparation and storage, harvesting, reaction, purification, and disinfectant preparation. The system has undergone professional optimization design for key production processes. Excellent performance in feeding and discharging, uniform mixing of materials, bubbling, exhaust, and precise temperature control. It can also be equipped with TCU and CIP integration to further improve the convenience and efficiency of operation. In terms of process design, the process pipeline adopts precise 3D modeling, which can ensure the reasonable and compliant layout of equipment, as well as the dead corners and slopes of pipelines in the process path, thereby ensuring efficient fluid flow and system performance. At the same time, CFD fluid mixing analysis technology is adopted to provide optimized mixing solutions, helping to achieve more uniform and efficient material mixing. In terms of operation and control, the system is equipped with a user-friendly human-machine interface, combined with P&ID and PFD drawings to construct an intuitive operation interface, and adopts multi-level permission management for easy operation and management. In terms of production scaling up, adopting a cascade control strategy can achieve efficient scaling up production and meet the needs of large-scale production. In terms of software, the system uses software that complies with GAMP5 and 21CFR Part 11 specifications, customized according to S88 programming thinking, to ensure compliance and the reliability, openness, and scalability of the control system. In addition, multiple formula management functions can be optionally configured to increase the flexibility and applicability of the system, which can better meet different production formula requirements.
